Many years (and pounds) ago I ran the Queen City Marathon. Well, half marathon. I’m not crazy. But, that’s still 21 km. It’s no joke.
I was beaming with pride. But…my nipples are bleeding, my thighs are on fire from rubbing, and my toenails would pop off in the following weeks.
