Dave Mustaine of Megadeth has announced that he’s not in remission with his cancer but things are moving in the right direction. His doctor has revealed that he looks like he is in stage 1 when he should be in stage 3. He was diagnosed with a tumor on his tongue that had moved to one side of his mouth and two lymph nodes. -Brandi
