Greg K of the Offspring recently took legal action against the band stating that Dexter and Noodles made a plan to push him out of the band without proper compensation. The guys have now fired back with a cross complaint against Greg explaining their side of the story. Greg is claiming he was told back in November that he was no longer able to participate in band activities. -Brandi
